The Share Council enters into a Strategic Partnership with Regulated market Nxchange

The Share Council proudly announces its new strategic partnership with Regulated market Nxchange. The Share Council offers a blockchain-based participation platform on which entrepreneurs can digitize their business and make employees, customers, suppliers and other stakeholders co-owners of the organisation. By entering into a partnership, companies who already administer their businesses on The Share Council can now also publicly raise capital and list their shares on Nxchange.

“The Share Council is administering employee and stakeholder participation schemes of over 50 companies. Providing our clients the opportunity to publicly raise capital and be able to list their shares to a regulated exchange is a logical step into further democratizing stakeholder participation and opens for us the door to Europe”. Said Quintus WillemseFounder and CEO of The Share Council.

Nxchange, who earlier this week announced the acquisition of blockchain-based platform Bondex, is the first fully regulated European Securities Exchange for (tokenized) securities and digitized assets, allowing real-time trading, clearing and settlement, 24/7 and peer-2-peer trading. By using the Nxchange platform, companies and financial service providers can raise capital directly within their own communities and offer their investors the opportunity to trade securities on Nxchange's secondary market.

“Offering a very efficient market is only one step. Being able to subsequently efficiently list promising companies to a regulated market is a complex process where compliance with our existing regulatory framework is a must” - said Marleen Evertsz, Founder and CEO of Nxchange. “Companies that already are structured by The Share Council get easier access to that public market. Next to that we are excited to offer new and innovative features to the next generation capital markets.”
